Burnout is the state of being emotionally, physically and mentally exhausted. You feel overwhelmed and are unable to meet constant demands, leading to a lack of achievement and even depersonalization.

An exorbitant amount of stress and anxiety caused by an intense workload or physical and mental strain.

Score: 40-50 You are at very severe risk of burnout – do something about this urgently
